1. WHICH VEHICLES COME WITH OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?
The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all new non-commercial Buick, Pontiac, and GMC vehicles with less than 5000 miles on the odometer at the time of sale.
2. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?
The components covered are exactly the same as the 5-year/100,000 mile manufacturer’s warranty but we extend the warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle.
3. HOW LONG IS THE LIFETIME WARRANTY REALLY GOOD FOR?
The warranty is valid for as long as the original owner owns the vehicle - for unlimited time and unlimited miles.
4. CAN I GET THE LIFETIME WARRANTY AT ANY OTHER GM DEALERSHIP IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA?
No. Waxahachie Buick, Pontiac, GMC is proud to be the only dealer in the Metroplex area offering a Lifetime Warranty on all new GM vehicles.
5.HOW MUCH WILL IT COST YOU?
The Lifetime Warranty comes standard with every new Waxahachie vehicle. The warranty applies no matter how the vehicle is obtained – whether it is bought with cash, financed, or leased.
6. IS THERE ANY EXTRA MAINTENANCE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE WARRANTY?
No extra maintenance is required. You simply must conduct the scheduled maintenance as recommended by the GM owner’s manual and maintain records to document the service history.
7. DO I HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF MY SERVICE COMPLETED AT WAXAHACHIE BUICK, PONTIAC, and GMC?
While our award winning service department will certainly exceed your expectations and maintain your records for you, you are not required to have all of your service done at our dealership.
8. WHERE AM I COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
The Lifetime Warranty covers repairs at any licensed repair facility anywhere in the Continental United States, Hawaii and Canada
